• Out-of-Stock (Standard Items): Typically ready within one week.

• Customized Uniform Orders: Generally require 14 to 21 working days, depending on order
  volume and design complexity.

• Express Service: Expedited processing and delivery can be arranged for urgent orders at an additional cost.

Worldwide Shipping
Because many of our clients are constantly on the move, we offer reliable worldwide shipping through our partner, Rapid Transit Service S.L., typically utilizing UPS Economy. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, as well as the weight and dimensions of your order.

For orders requiring international shipment, or when the cardholder is not present, we provide secure, fast, and easy online payment via a dedicated credit card link.

Return Policy​

• Standard Returns: Non-branded, standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that customized items (printed, washed, dyed, re-labelled, decorated, or special-ordered) are strictly non-returnable. Close-out, sale, and discounted items are also final sale.
