Delivery times depend on Stock, Embroidery and Screenprinting. If we have the product/s in stock then delivery is, of course, immediate. Should you require customised embroidery and/or screenprinting on these items, delivery time depends on numbers required and the complexity of the design.

 

Should we not have the stock, items ordered can usually be ready in 1 week, though quicker delivery can be organised if great urgency is required. Normally, delivery time should be no greater than 14 to 21 working days for your yacht crew uniform order if items are in stock. Express service available at extra charge.

 

As many of our clients are not based in Mallorca all year round, we deliver world wide, with the help of Rapid Transit Service S.L.

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight and size of the items in your order. We ussually ship with UPS Economy service.

 

For orders that have to be shipped or when the credit card holder is not present you can pay your invoice easy, fast and secure online with a supplied credit card payment link or a Wise account

 

What is our policy on returns?

Any garments that are printed, washed, dyed, re-labelled or decorated or special order items are non-returnable. All non branded clothing must be returned (with label, original bag and unworn) within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns requiere our approval by email beforehand. Close out/on sale items and or discounted sales are final! No returns. Customized items can not be returned.

 

The item I received was defective or incorrect.

If you received the wrong item, or if the item is defective, please contact Mallorca Clothing via email to advise us of the situation. 
We will then find the best way to replace the item at no charge.
